FLEXIBILITY GIVES OUR CLIENTS WIDE-RANGING CHOICES

SOMA can perform a thorough, fast-turnaround Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA) to identify previous uses signaling possible contamination. The process includes visual inspection, interviews, and searches of property records, historical databases, regulatory agency files, and other documents.

Or we can provide complete environmental management services beginning with the Phase I ESA described above, extending through Phase II assessment including soil and groundwater sampling and analysis, followed by remediation design, if required, and full cleanup implementation. Finally, we work and negotiate with regulators throughout project planning and implementation to move the project steadily forward to the goal—regulatory closure.

The sophistication and cross-disciplinary capabilities of our science and engineering professionals, our innovative technology, and efficient coordination of the SOMA team give us considerable flexibility. This means that we can assist you with diverse environmental issues, and with projects of any size—from small to large, and in-between.
